FOUNDERS LEGACY SOCIETY MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Marty Gawel ’89

“Nazareth has been the most powerful entity in my growth, so it’s important to me to give something back,” says Marty Gawel ’89. He has generously provided for Nazareth in his estate plan with a bequest intention in tribute to his parents, who made it possible for him to attend. “It’s an important part of my estate plan and preserves my family’s legacy.”

Marty played four seasons of soccer at Nazareth, and his gift will support the men’s soccer program in perpetuity. “Most of the things that shaped me as a person happened during my four years at Nazareth. I grew up there.”
